All three methods prove one thing: that you control t4b.com. Nothing else would do, because nothing else distinguishes the company from somebody who wants its page.

You will need an account to hold the claim. Create one or sign in first. It takes a moment and asks for nothing you would not put on a business card.

A code by email

We send a six-digit code to one of the role addresses on your own domain. Pick the one you can read.

Valid for 30 minutes.

A file on your server

We give you a file name and its contents. Put it at the root of t4b.com and we fetch it. Best if you have deploy access but not the mailbox.

A meta tag on your home page

One line in the <head> of your home page. Best if your site is on a platform where you cannot upload an arbitrary file.

What claiming does and does not do. It lets you edit the listing and receive the enquiries sent through it. It does not change where you appear in any list, and it cannot remove a competitor. Nobody can pay for placement here, including you.
